Refund policy
It is the policy of Sandringham Estate to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please and wish to return your purchase, please email Customer Services at shop@sandringhamestate.co.uk or call on 01485 544112 with the order number quoted on the delivery note.
You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying us.
When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge will be issued within 14 days. This means that you may be contacted for details as to how we can make repayment to you. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us.
The Sandringham Estate can accept returns of all items except:
- Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly, this includes all fresh food, some alcohol and beverages, and hampers and gift boxes containing such items
- Sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken
Your statutory rights are not affected.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
You have the right to return a faulty item within 30 days along with proof of purchase.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services Department as soon as possible or within 30 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
