The seeds are cold pressed and filtered twice to produce a clear, pure oil. Rapeseed Oil is rich in Omega 3 and contains 50% less saturated fat that olive oil. This versatile, delicate oil is the perfect alternative to other culinary oils. This is perfect for frying, roasting, dressing salads, marinades and dipping.
